Our Service Call fee includes our initial trip charge to come to your home, diagnosis your problem and we then give you quote to repair. If for some reason you do not wish to proceed with repair, or the appliance is not able to be repaired, or appliance is not worth fixing. Then the only charge is the Service Call fee plus tax.
If we do the repair we charge the Service Call fee, plus parts and the labor to repair, plus tax.
